Sales (Account) Manager – Germany

Overview

As part of the European Sales team our Sales Engineers are responsible for developing new business opportunities as well as growing and managing existing customer accounts.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Creating new sales opportunities at strategic accounts
  • Planning and executing sales strategies
  • Forecasting and budgeting of customer requirements
  • Coordinating of activities for strategic accounts
  • Reviewing sales related documents (contracts, NDAs, frame agreements)
  • Maintaining the connection and support for present and potential customers
  • Organizing and submitting quotations and follow up.
  • Understanding of documents like PPAP’s, customer drawings and engineering reports
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
  • Attending trainings, seminars, trade shows, and customer house fairs /events

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable course.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales (preferably rolling and sliding elements)
  • Preferably professional experience in the field of industrial or automotive customers.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe for client appointments and to HQ or other employer locations.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
  • Proficient with common Software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Responsible, careful, and independent way of working
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Very good communication skills
  • International teamwork
